The apartment (A)
Sleeps up to 4 people, either as two couples, or as a couple and 2 singles; (1 double bed, 1 sofa double and 1 z-bed suitable for a child). It is on the ground floor, but independant of a private villa on a domain 15-20 minutes walk away from the centre of Sainte Maxime and its beach. It includes use of the owners private family pool which is adjacent to the apartment. See plan below for rooms layout.
The apartment (B)
Ground floor with garden area; Sleeps up to 4 people, two double beds, one in the double bedroom, the other being a very comfortable sofa bed in the sitting room.. As there is yet another room (the loggia) it can be left made up. See room plan below.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Sainte Maxime and its beach. The complex has a childrens pool as well as the main pool and there are two tennis courts.
For both apartments:
Smoking. Please do not smoke within the apartment itself. .
Arrival/departure: Check in any time after 3pm and check out 10am.
Payment: Full prepayment is required for a booking to be confirmed.
Deposit: On arrival a cash or cheque deposit of £200 or Euro 200
is required. This will be held until departure against any damage, or
unreasonable wear and tear of the apartment, which excluding used linen,
should be left 'as it was found' ie; clean, tidy, refridgerator empty,
rubbish removed etc.
Cancellation: In advance of 8 weeks full repayment, in advance of 4 weeks 50% repayment.
INSURANCE: You must have your own travel and personal possessions insurance as your personal items will not be covered, by us, even though we do provide a lockable security box in the apartment

TV, DVD, CD, Video, Air Conditioned (Apt A), security box, microwave, refridgerator, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, bedlinen supplied (changed weekly), towels and pool towels provided (not for use at the beach), washing machine (Apt B only); a laundry service is available (chargeable and only available for Apt A), hairdryer

From Nice or Toulon (Aix-en-Provence) directions on the A8 motorway:
Take exit 36 off the motorway, go through the payage (tollgate) and follow the
signs to Ste Maxime (20 mins) on the D25. On the outskirts of Ste Maxime
you will arrive at a roundabout, with an Aqualand water park to the left
and a Champion supermarket off to the right. Go straight over the
roundabout (dual carriageway). At the second smaller roundabout go
straight over, at the third roundabout, go all the way around and return up the
way that you came for 100 meters, past a Boulangerie, and take the first
right (small) signposted
Les Restanques. Go 100 meters to the gates and use the code
(given at confirmation). Go 50 meters , take the first right and continue to the end to:
the white gates on the left.

From Nice, (Frejus), or St Tropez (Toulon) on the coast road N98:
Follow the coast road to the centre of Ste Maxime, but look out for signs for
the A8 motorway. You will arrive at a roundabout where there is a McDonalds,
continue towards the motorway. At the next roundabout again continue towards
the motorway, but only for 100 meters, past a Boulangerie, and then take the
first right (small) signposted Les Restanques. Go 100 meters to the gates and
use the code (given at confirmation). Go 50 meters , take the first right and
continue to the end to the white gates on the left.:

Full payment must be received in advance.
Cheques in pounds, or euros are acceptable, but must be received in order for the booking to be confirmed; that is at the time of booking or a minimum of 2 months out.
Credit Card payments through 'PAYPAL' are also accepted.
They charge us a 3.5% handling charge, which we pass on, sorry
The system is very simple. You will receive an email invoice from us, which leads you to the paypal website, where you enter your credit card details. It is a secure site and guarantees immediate payment/receipt, which saves both parties the risk and delays of the post and is it is essential for 'late' bookings.
Cancellation: In advance of 8 weeks full repayment, in advance of 4 weeks 50% repayment.
You will also be asked for a returnable deposit of Euro 100 on arrival to cover for any breakages, or unfair wear and tear. This will be returned after a satisfactory departure check. |
